Effective immediately, ALL teams will have matching shirts with numbers on the back and same color shorts (ex. everyone in black shorts. Not some in white and other in black.) If your team does not have matching uniforms, they will not be allowed to play. If you are short, you will forfeit the game.
Effective immediately, ANY player without a signature, birthday, and age on the roster by the third game, they will be deleted off the roster and not allowed to play the remainder of the season. Same goes for the ones not paid by the third game.
These rules will be enforced 100%.
